The APM VBS-3/8-DH-10 is a heavy-duty continuous vertical band sealer, specially designed to work with challenging packaging materials such as Tyvek, foil/polyethylene, poly-laminates, and others. Its design includes two 5-inch heating zones, 10 inches total, and two 5-inch cooling zones, 10 inches total, allowing precise process control and ensuring medical- or technical-grade airtight seals.

Equipped with dual temperature controls, it allows independent adjustment for each set of heating elements, providing greater flexibility when handling different material types or thicknesses. This machine does not trim the edge of the bag, making it ideal for clean sealing with no waste.

The VBS-3/8-DH-10 comes mounted on a heavy-duty floor stand, with height adjustment by hand crank, and can be easily positioned over existing lower conveyors.
