Product Description

The Starview ERB Series Blister Packaging Machines offer a high-performance semi-automatic solution for blister package sealing in medium- to high-volume production environments. These rotary machines are available in six (6) and eight (8) station configurations, with standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 inches and 18 x 24 inches. Larger sizes are available upon request.

Designed for OEM manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and specialized operations, the ERB Series can produce all common blister styles, including face seal, full face, trapped-card, club-style, and half clamshell, as well as packages that require Tyvek, foil, or specialty heat-sealable materials.

Each unit includes one sealing station and multiple loading/unloading stations. To increase efficiency, an automatic card feeder and finished-package unloader can be added, even after installation.
