The APM VBS-3/8 DH-10 VALIDATE is a vertical rotary band sealer specially designed to meet the strictest sealing standards in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. This equipment produces validatable airtight seals of 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch, even with challenging materials such as Tyvek, foil/polyethylene, laminates, and nylon, at speeds of up to 60 feet per minute, 720 inches per minute.

Equipped with a dual 10-inch heating zone and a dual 10-inch cooling zone, it provides the flexibility needed to handle thicker films. Its control system allows temperature, pressure, and speed validation, ensuring auditable and repeatable processes. The four digital temperature controls, Quad Control, and dual-element thermocouples allow thermal parameters to be recorded and verified with high precision.

The unit includes instant pressure release for easier Teflon band changes, and its structure is mounted on an adjustable floor stand with hand crank, allowing the sealing head height to be adapted as needed. It is available in vertical or horizontal configurations and can also be mounted on existing conveyors.
