The APM VCBSDM-3/8 6” x 5’ is a vertical rotary band sealer designed for high-performance sealing of preformed bags. It is equipped with a 6-inch-wide x 5-foot-long synchronized pull conveyor, variable speed, and adjustable stainless steel guide rails, making it ideal for products weighing more than 1 lb.

This machine produces airtight seals of 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, or 3/8 inch using wear-resistant laminated Teflon bands, and reaches speeds of up to 540 inches per minute, 45 fpm, thanks to its quiet gearmotor with dual three-phase inverter drive.

The system includes a 5-inch heating zone and a 5-inch cooling zone, providing greater flexibility when sealing difficult materials. Its PID Autotune digital temperature control ensures consistent heat distribution up to 450°F, delivering safe, uniform, and validatable sealing.
