The APM TBS-3/8-DH-10-VALIDATE is a high-speed validatable rotary band sealer, specifically designed to seal medical bags and heat-sensitive materials with complete control over critical process parameters: temperature, speed, and cooling pressure.

It features a 10-inch heating zone and a 10-inch cooling zone, providing greater flexibility when working with complex materials such as Tyvek, PolyMylar, nylon, laminates, and other heat-sealable materials. This configuration allows sealing speeds of up to 60 feet per minute, producing consistent, airtight seals with widths of 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch.
