The TBS-3/8 with coder and product shelf is a portable rotary band sealer designed to provide 3/8-inch-wide airtight seals without trimming. This model includes an embossing coder for direct printing on the package and a product support shelf, which improves infeed precision and operator ergonomics during the sealing process.

The system is mounted on a rotating base, which enables adjust the sealing angle vertically up to 45 degrees, providing flexibility to handle products of different sizes and shapes.

USDA-approved, the TBS-3/8 is built with stainless steel components, durable Teflon bands, and a PID digital temperature controller that maintains consistent heat up to 450°F, ±2°F, ensuring reliable and consistent results.
