The TCBSDM-3/8 is a rotary vertical sealer with an integrated conveyor belt, designed for tabletop workstations. Its compact and functional design includes a synchronized lower belt that makes bag loading easier, along with a new hand-crank height adjustment system that allows the machine to adapt easily to different package sizes.

This model produces a 3/8-inch-wide airtight seal, with PID digital temperature control that maintains consistent heat up to 450°F, ±2°F, ensuring uniform seals even on difficult materials. The system operates without compressed air, simplifying installation and reducing operating costs.

Its stainless steel construction and chrome-plated components provide durability and resistance in demanding environments. It also offers smoke-free and odor-free operation, making it ideal for environments where cleanliness and hygiene are priorities.
