We use different types of conveyor belts depending on the product, including cleated belts, flat belts, USDA-approved belts, and other options, always tailored to the specific needs of each application. We have manufactured conveyors for a wide range of products, including fresh vegetables, whether cut or small whole pieces, cookies, chips, pretzels, plastic parts, and many more.
These conveyors play a key role in controlled product dosing toward the scale, ensuring a consistent flow and preventing product buildup or “bridging” in the infeed hopper. We incorporate high- and low-level sensors, such as photoelectric or proximity sensors, to maintain a precise and automated supply.
