Product Description
Nordson ATS Upgrade Kits are practical and efficient solutions that add advanced adhesive tracking capabilities to existing packaging melters, including the ProBlue line and other models. Each kit includes all the components needed for a smooth system integration, whether as an equipment expansion or an upgrade for production lines already in operation.
The system works by connecting an external gear flow meter to the melter manifold and mounting a control box either on the melter or near the main machine. This tracking system helps control the exact amount of adhesive applied to each product, minimizing jams, application errors, rework, and returns.
In addition, ATS kits offer a flexible installation architecture, allowing horizontal or vertical manifold mounting, either directly on the melter or in a remote position near the adhesive application point.
