The VBS-3/8-DH-10 from APM is a heavy duty vertical continuous band sealer, specially designed to work with difficult packaging materials, such as Tyvek, foil/polyethylene, polylaminates, among others. Its design incorporates two 5″ heating zones (10″ total). y two 5″ cooling zones (10″ total), This enables precise control of the process and ensures hermetic seals of medical or technical quality.

Equipped with dual thermal controls, This machine allows independent adjustment for each set of resistors, which provides greater flexibility in handling different types of materials or thicknesses. This machine does not trim the edge of the bag, which makes it perfect for clean, residue-free sealing.

The VBS-3/8-DH-10 comes mounted on a heavy-duty floor stand, with height adjustment by means of crank type crank, and can easily be placed on top of existing undercarriages.
