Starview FAB/PH Series automatic rotary packaging machines are designed for high-volume production in medical and pharmaceutical applications. Compatible with Tyvek, medical paper, PETG, HIPS, and other heat-sealable materials, they integrate automatic feeding, digital control, and remote access.

Starview FAB/PH Series Packaging Machines are designed to meet the needs of automatic medical and pharmaceutical packaging production at an industrial level. These rotary machines allow heat sealing of medical and pharmaceutical trays using materials such as Tyvek, medical paper, aluminum foil, PETG, HIPS, and other heat-sealable substrates. They can also produce wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosing systems.

The series is available in six (6) or eight (8) station configurations, with standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 inches and 18 x 24 inches. Larger sealing areas are available upon request, depending on the customer’s requirements.

  • Precision indexed rotary table, for an exact alignment of the sealing station with the top plate
